Hi from the Frozen North!From: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Feb 10 21:38:26 2000
Hello all my Endo Pals! How is everyone today? Pain free I hope!? I myself have been tried and have had raging back pain. My period is so wacked out this month. I started Saturday night, went about 24 hours, stopped for 3 days and started a little bit more last night, stopped and have been lightly spotting off and on all day! Talked to the Dr. office and got some more pain meds (the sad thing is I got 20 pills on Saturday and took the last one this morning) luckily the nurse knows my situation and had mercy on me. I think I may be getting hooked on them, actually I don't think I know. It scares me because I feel so good when I take them that I think I might be imagining that the pain is actually worse than it is so I can get more. My back really does hurt ALOT but if I wasn't such a woos I could probably find a way to manage the pain better. I don't want to become and addict so what do I do? :( I don't get to see the Dr. for a couple more weeks. I guess I just hang in there and talk to all of you :) I really appreciate all of you listening to my whining. I feel like a broken record sometimes! lol Well, I better get going, time to put my little Holly to bed (at least try to! she's a little stinker when it comes to bed time) Talk to you all again soon! Love and Hugs! Your Endo Pal in Alaska - Amy
