Hi Paula, My name is Amy. I've had endo since 1988. I've had 3 laps and 2 pregnancies (1st one a beautiful girl, the second a miscarriage) Anyway...I've been through the Lupron treatment I have one thing to say about it NEVER AGAIN! It made me horribly bitchy, didn't really do much for the pain and unfortunately triggered migrains for me! The only good thing was no periods for almost a year! lol I think it was a big part of the reason my first marriage failed. He couldn't handle what I was going through. I'm 33 now and don't plan to have anymore children. After the miscarriage last April I can't go through it again. I'm meeting with my GYN on the 23rd to discuss a Hysterectomy. I don't really have any options. Bcp's give me migrains, the Lupron is out of the question, I've had 3 laps and one more would just prolong things so I've decided to go with the Hyst. Not to scare you about the Lupron but my experience was horrible. I havent' heard to many good things about it, keep researching it though, it may be okay for you. :) Bye the way WELCOME! :)
