Hey there....just thought I would jump in here for a second. Yes a lot of migraine meds do have the caffeine in them but then again they tell you to avoid the caffeine. some people will actually get a headache or a migraine if they do not have the caffeine...oh say that they didn't have coffee or soda for a few days. they will get a headache. but with me if i have too much i can get a headache. it has been a very long time since i had to deal with the migraines (they stopped by the age of 17 I believe) but a few months ago I got 2. For me it is not just caffeine and i have to be careful of other things but normally I do not have any trouble with caffeine even now. Just thought I would add my two cents in about the caffeine.....some have to avoid it 100% or else it will trigger another attack.....
