I just got back from the DR's today. I was told to use a sitz bottle. Now what in the world is that?? They increased my birthcontrol to a higher estrogen and I too was given a steroidal cream called mycolog 2 is that what you are on? She is not 100% sure its vulvdynia I have to go back in a week. She told me to take baths and to wear non deodorant maxi's. She also said that sometimes I shouldn't wear anything at all. Does any of this sound familiar to you???
