My youngest who is 7, will say to someone if I am not feeling well(like on the phone) "She can't talk right now, she is having endometriosis"!! At least she tries to say it. My kids are 12,9,7. My oldest helps with laundry, dishes, ect. Actually they all have chores to do. They love to earn money! My husband has no choice but to help, he is a neat freak!! He just can't help himself. My son has a hard time with me not feeling well, he is really sensitive. Since I told you I throw up a lot, well that just freaks him out.
