Question regarding pain???From: anonymous@obgyn.netTue Jan 11 13:23:41 2000
Hi All I have a question regarding my pain. Before my surgery, I had bouts of sharp excruciating pain that left me in tears. I had my surgery in October, but now I have continuous pain. Like I said in my previous post, it feels as if I am in labor. I am not sure if this is normal. My gyn said my body needed time to get adjusted to the pills. I understand that, but I was just wondering if it could be the endo growing back. I know that during the surgery, they did not get all of the endo. It was in places they could not touch, such as my bowel. I had a lot in my culdesac, and that explained my back pain with my periods. Is it to soon for the endo to grow back? What are the time frames that you have experienced the endo growing back after surgery? I think I am supposed to go back in April for another surgery, a possible bowel resection. Any input would be appreciated Kathie
