Hi ladies!! My appt with my dr went well, but now I feel like an Ob patient even though I'm not. She said that my vulvar area is still a little red, but a lot better than it with the help of the sitz baths (yes I have to continue them so that means no more complaining for me, and even though she didn't come right out and say it I'm beginning to know her well enough to know that this is what she wants me to do). It's not quite where she would like things to be at this point so she's hoping for that next week. As far as my urine goes, I have two kinds of bacteria growing and so hopefully the antibotic that I'm on at this moment (Macrobid) will clear it all up. When I go back next week then she will have to do another culture on my urine to see where things stand. Hopefully it will be gone by then. The only thing that I don't like about this Macrobid is that I get headaches from it, and so she told me that if I do have more headaches to use the Darvocet that I have instead of the Aspirin that I've been taking. She gave me a steroid cream to use as far back as about 3 weeks ago, and she wants me to continue using that steroid cream until I see her again next week. My next appt is the 17th at 3:45 p.m. I'm really hoping that this whole thing is cleared up soon. I will continue to keep everyone posted as to how this turns out. Kimi, if you are reading this, I hope that your appt with Dr. Martin turned out well. I will talk to ya soon. Gwen and Penny, how are both of you doing with your pain? I hope better. Stacey, how are you doing girl? Did the sugar situation get taken care of for you? Sindhu, I'm sorry that the pills didn't help much but I do hope that you are doing well.
