I did the tapping thing too for some stress in my life along with a breathing technique. It seemed to have helped with the stress. I am thinking about giving it a whirl. Can't hurt? When I see my pain shrink he works with me on relaxation techniques where you tap certain places (hand, chin, forehead) I always start laughing because I think it is hokey, but sometimes I think the object is to take your mind away from your pain and focus on something else? I guess I am just a total nut case. My back hurts so bad today I can hardly stand it, and wouldn't you know my microwave (which is only a year old) died and I can't use my heating pad. I have taken so many hot showers and baths my skin is going to fall off. Has anyone else here tried acupuncture here with success? Sorry to whine, I hope everyone else is getting some relief today, Hugs Stacey
