Hi, Stacey, Glad the milkshake helped, but sounds like you're still having some problems (I've been constipated all week too, so I've enjoyed your and Penny's conversations). I've got high everything: blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol, but it is all from being diabetic (so I've also had my share of low blood sugars). Do you have mitral valve prolapse? That will usually keep your blood pressure down. I don't know if it's a endo thing or a "Stacey" thing, but I suspect that there is something that causes our bodies to go "haywire," causing all these problems. I'd like to find out how to do some research on this: I've just added another auto-immune disorder to my long list, and it seems as though almost everyone here has at least one other autoimmune problem besides endo. Anyway, here's to poop success for you and Penny, and I hope you feel better soon! Hugs, Bridget :0)
