Stacey, My gyn asked me to try acupuncture and even recommended some one. I didn't want to try it but I called and made an appointment but when they told me that my insurance would not cover it and what it would cost, I canceled the appointment. I didn't have $175 to give to something that may not even work.

I did get a massage over the holidays. It was a gift from my dad. It was wonderful and I felt so good afterwards. She did reflexology on my feet. Your ankles reflect to the abdomen. SHe claims that she did this for another woman with endo who was trying to get pregnant and she got pregnant the next month. She said coincidence? probably but she likes to think she had something to do with it. It was great. She said to have my husband rub around my ankles and it would free up the stuff in my abdomen. SHe recommended that I find somebody in my area who can do this weekly. I was in MA at the time visiting my family for the holidays but I live in PA.

So that is my experience with alternative medicine. I hope I didn't bore you. Kristen
