A question about bladder

Hi, I forgot to add a question. I experience, maybe 8 days a month, urgency
to urinate and when I try to go only a few drops come out. It has been going
on for about 6 months and the first few time it happened I went and had my
urine checked for an infection. Blood and urine come back fine. It actually
kind of hurts also, inside not when it comes out. any clues or probably endo
and adhesions. thanks so much, Stacey
