Re: Headaches from Lupron

Hi Stacy,

For me, the weight gain was not much--maybe 15-20 lbs. Well worth it if Danazol helps! I am kind of suprised that your Doctor is going to keep you on it for so long (1 year), I thought the longest advisable time was 6 mos. You might want to check that out with your Doc.

Your problems and mine are almost similar (irritable bowel, cysts, etc.), so believe me I know what your going through. I have decided to go the Hysterectomy route as my choices have run out. So sometime in the next month or two (I don't have the date yet) I'll be at the end of my fight with Endo. My only regret is that I haven't any children. That is what kept me from getting a Hysterectomy in the first place. Terry Jo.

P.S. If you exercise--even a little, the weight turns to muscle. Thats what happened to me. Maybe because of the Testosterone?
