Trust me, it is comming from experience. I know what you mean about the secretaries being so rude, I just had that experience today w/ one. I called the office to ask the doctor for new pain meds and she talked to him and gave me the info but when I tried to ask her questions she almost ignored me and was so rude, like I should know all the answers. If she continues to act this way I am going to say something to the doctor. But since this is a new doctor I am going to wait and see if maybe she warms up to me.
