I started Danazol at 18 years old (200mg x4/day for 6 mos.). The side effects I suffered were deepening of my voice, increased appetite, and facial hair. BUT at that point in my life, Danazol DID help. I tried going on it a second time when things got bad but it never worked as well as it did the first time. As for side effects, they are a whole lot milder than the dreaded Lupron side effects! Terry Jo.
