Hi Beth,
I'm Meghan, My doc never even mentioned stages but when described here, one of the girls said it sounded like 4. I try not to put a number on mine because then I get more upset. Like that gages how I feel about it. Maybe you should ask your doctor about the stage thing and see what he says. Meg
