Kathie, Hi. How are ya? I'm okay, a little cramping and spotting again.. About the prenatal vitamins, they can really make you sick and constipated, and taking 2, i and the pharmacist, and your doc, probably would'nt advice, some vitamins can make you sick.. As for the bleeding, ask your doc about prometrium.. I'mn not gettin dowmn on ya, but when i see of someone taking more of what they should, i get concerned.. I hope your doing well.. Feeling okay..?
