I have had some right arm discomfort (sore, sore fingers) over the past two weeks. It started after some lifting and i went to my doc and she attributed it to muscle spasm and perscribed Soma. This helped and it has gotten better, but I had mentioned to her that I found a pea sized lump in my upper right breast, the breast has been bugging me as well, achy, but I'm close to my period and I've been poking at it a lot. She told me breast cancer doesn't manifest in the arm and since it's gotten better she doesn't think it's anything. It hasn't grown or anything, but I convinced her to refer me for a mammogram. I'm scared that it's something bad. Help.
