hi im 16 and i seem to have the same problem, ive been thinking that mine are due tom the continuous use of a push up bra from before i really had much to push anywhere, now the top is fine but as you said there is no fat at the base of my breast, this is where the pad on my push up sat, ive also been looking for remedies please contact me if you find anything thankx.
