Lump/cyst after infertility drugs?

Hello, I have been struggling with infertility for 3 years now. For the past 2 years, I have been doing medicated IVF cycles with a doctor. I have not yet been successful. I recently (2 weeks ago) failed my latest cycle - it was a frozen transfer where I was required to take large doses of estrogen pills and estrogen patches to build up the uterine lining prior to the transfer.

I went today for a yearly ob/gyn exam and my doctor discovered a small lump or cyst in one breast. She wants me to have it looked at under ultrasound (I am only 32) and mammogram to make sure it isn't anything serious. I am wondering if it's possible that the estrogen and other hormones that I was taking could have generated this, if it is a cyst and not something malignant?
