I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago, but still have my ovaries. I am not taking any HRT. I breast fed my three children for approx. 2 years each. They are now 21, 19 and 14. My question is on my left breast, the Montgomery's glands are very prominent and there is a small grouping of them all bunched up which looks like a mass but on looking closely, it looks like 3 glands very close together. My right breast has only 1 visible Montgomery gland. Is this a cause for concern? Thank you. Dana
