Breast sores...I've tried searching the archives, and find nothing....

I am 30yrs old. I have a sore on the left breast, just on the edge of the areola. I've had it for about two weeks. I've put peroxide on it, and it's still there. Last night, I popped it and it bled a lot, I think, for a small sore. It also has kind of a hole in the center. The cotton swab I used to put peroxide on it goes into the sore. I will probably contact my doctor if it doesn't heal. I just wanted to see if I should call my doctor or if I'm over reacting. Thank you so much for your time.
