Getting a third nipple removed is an extremely simple procedure. What you want to do is contact a dermatologist and schedule an appointment. They will then examine the nipple for about 30 seconds, and remove it in the office using local anesthesia around the nipple. I had a third nipple removed which was right below the other nipple, and I had no problem having it done. The cost for me was approximately $300. The procedure itself takes about 5 minutes, and there will be a slight scar around the area after it is removed.

Don't be ashamed of having an extra nipple or contacting a dermatologist about getting it removed. It's a fairly common occurrence.
