BREASTS SWOLLEN,PROMINENT VEINS

Hi,My breasts have become swollen,painful and the veins have become very prominent,I have also had some milky dishcharge from one breast.i feel like I did in th eearly stages of pregnancy but I am definitely NOT pregnant.This has been going on for a few months and getting worse>My prolactin level came back as around 650(I'm in England)which I beleive is the same as it being around 30 in the states,My Dr is not concerned at this level as apparanlty a previous test came back at around 700.BUt I am concerned.I also had some solid swelling and pain in my upper arm just above the elbow crease in the inside of my arm,only alittle but my Dr was not concerned either,there was also a prominent painful vein that appeared on my arm just below the elbow joint that wasnt there before.Does anyone have experience of this or anything similar?
