On the aerola, around the nipple are what is called Montgomery glands and sometimes they will look whitish/yellowish and this is normal and you should leave them alone. Their purpose is to provide lubrication during breastfeeding but any regular stimulation of the breast will cause them to increase in size. Leave them alone and they'll settle back down again.This question and similar questions have been answered many times, please search the archives.
