36C and 12 years old...

Well to begin with I'm 12 years old and ever since I turned 12, my breast size went straight up to a 36C. I got my period during school when I was 10 and a half years old, and my grandma and I are the only ones in the family that have gotten 36C when we were 12. During the summer, I played with my 16 year old cousin (he came out of juvi) and when I was around his friends they all kind of thought I was older and were surprised to hear I was 12, I asked my cousin why (I already knew a little why but I thought maybe I might be wrong) and he told me because of my boobs and 2 times at school I was asked if I stuffed. Does my size seem kind of big for me? Do you think they're gonna grow (if u do,pleez tell me what size u think they might get 2) or do u think they've reached therir full size (I'm not saying I want them to grow, I'm just asking your opinion) Thank you! =D
