Burning pain in arm

In the past three days I have felt like my armpit has swollen a bit and my arm feels sore and at times there feels like a burning sensation and my fingers and muscles feel tired. I notice it's more prominent after lifting etc. I had lifted boxes at work around the time this started, but I have also had a seemingly more sensitive nipple on that same sides breast. It doesn't look any different, but I've been looking on the internet and freaking myself out badly so I'm not sure if I'm overdoing it. I made a doctor's appointment for monday but I just wanted to know if anyone has had similar symptoms. I started taking BC pills about 5 months ago, so I don't know if that could have anything to do with it. There have also been a lot of sick people at work. My fiance and I tried to feel around but we don't feel any lumps in the armpit. I'm so scared and stressed that I can't eat or sleep.
