6 months ago my doctor and I found a fibroadenoma in my breast, and the option then was to just watch it for 6 months to see if it grows, becomes painful, etc. My follow-up appointment is coming up very soon and I was wondering if now that six months have gone by and it has become painful if I should just go ahead with the surgery to have it removed, just in case?
