Have had the feeling of milk letting down the past week and I'm not pregnant.

Hi I was wondering if its normal to have the feeling that your milk is letting down even if you are not nursing or pregnant? My youngest son is 5.5 year of age and I haven't nursed for 2 years. I just wondered if this is normal or not. Thanks. I don't know why its been happenning.
