breast changes! Prometrium to induce period- Delayed symptoms? Pregnant??!!

I was recently diagnosed w/ PCOS as a result of high LH: FSH ratios. I was put on glucophage XR 1000 mg. a day and given prometrium 100 mg. once per day for 10 days to induce period (as I had not menstruated in 8 months). Both medicines appeared to be well tolerated- very few side effects were noted. 3 days following my 10 days of prometrium I had a relatively light menstrual period which began August 11. After taking checking cervical position, cervical mucus and having increasingly dark positive OPK (very dark on the 24th), I was quite sure that I ovulated on the 23 or 24th due to EW cervical mucus, cervical position, OPK + result. (first time I believe I have ovulated in recent months) My husband and I had intercourse 5 days before (every day) and each of the 5 days after to maximize our chances of conceiving. On the 29th of August (about 6 days past ovulation), I began to experience many changes in my breasts- large, dark blue veins popped up across breasts, as well as a network of light red spider veins. (This has never happened to me before- not even pre-menstrual) Also, areola is extremely large and darker red. THe entire breast is very tender and I have been in pain for the past 5 days (cant sleep due to discomfort). My question is- even though I stopped taking the PRometrium (100mg/day) over 3 weeks ago could I be starting to get side effects from it this much later? Or would it be out of my system by now? Also, could the above described breast changes be a sign of early pregnancy this early (now 11 dpo?) and could signs have shown up 5-6 days past ovulation?

Thank you,

Sherry
