I'm wondering if you ever received a response to your oophorectomy versus hysterectomy question? I have to make the same decision now, having been diagnosed with metastatic estrogen receptive breast cancer to the sternum we want to eliminate all the estrogen producers from my body, my surgeon wants to remove the uterus too, but I don't see why -- he says there are no statistics or studies, but "they" do find that there can be an increased risk of uterine cancer once someone has had breast cancer. Any info would be helpful.
