I had a bump on my areola a month ago. After heat compresses it has gone away. However, in watching and waiting for it to do so I noticed that the center of my nipples will get very light in color when they are stimulated. Then, they go back to their normal color. It has probably done this forever, but I have just noticed it. My question is...does that sound like a symptom of pagets and do symptoms of pagets come and go or are they persistent?
