I have recently been experiencing left breast tenderness which I feel is related to elevated caffeiene intake. I have significantly reduced caffeine but only in the last 8 hours. I have always had prominent nipples/areolas (breast fed 3 kids). A mole or small bump which I have always had on left areola has gotten slightly larger over the last few months. This is external only, no lump underneath, no skin tone change, redness or itching. Should I be concerned or just wait until my regular scheduled visit for mammo? thanks, D. Wilson
