blue bitter nipple discharge

for about 2 years now i have had a bluish, bitter tasting nipple discharge from both of my breasts. If i squeeze the nipple, there is discharge, most of the ducts produce a clear/milky discharge, but from one duct in each nipple, comes this blue/bitter discharge. I have 2 children and have not seen a doctor for this yet. Is it serious
