pimple size lump on nipple

About 2 weeks ago I noticed that I had a little pimple size lump on my right nipple with a little scratch on it. I just figured no big deal I must have just scratched it somehow it should go away. It's been 2 weeks now and the scratch has gone away but the lump is still there. It's not really soar to the tuch, but if you squeeze it or my nipple it hurts then itches. I was wondering if anyone might know what it could be. Thanks
