Dear Stacy-

I absolutely could not tell you if you were pregnant over the internet. You shuld get tested with an over the counter product or at your doctor's office. You are correct in suspecting that the pill OR a pregnancy can create these changes in the breast. Hannah Brooks, MD, FACS
