Dear Anon- The large breast size can account for the engorged veins and spider veins. It is also common to have breast pain with larger breasts and sever fibocystic condition. It just requires more attention and care to be sure that symptoms you are experiencing are due to benign causes. Best approaches would include monthly self examinations and mammograms and sonograms when indicated. Hannah Brooks, MD,FACS
