I'm 24 and I noticed my breasts are sore constantly. My doctor says its normal. Just a few days ago my breasts had sharp pains going through them. I looked at one of my nipples and there was this green hard substance inside the ducts. I removed them with some tweezers. Now the substance, when you pierce it its soft inside has returned. What is the cause and why.
