Abscess

I went to the doctor's several months ago and was told I had a low-grade infection and was treated with antibiotics. After another month or so I saw my ob/gyn was then sent to have a mammogram. I was then diagnosed with having an abscess after having the mammogram and then had a drainage. Now, a couple of months later i am still having slight pain deep inside my breast but nothing is on the surface. I have visited a surgeon several times and have been told nothing is wrong, that it is healing fine. I just have a feeling that there is still something wrong. You can't feel anything on the surface, but if I hold my whole breast in my hand I can feel pressure on the inside. If there still is an infection, would it rise to the surface and drain, or could it still be growing inside? Maybe I'm just scared, or should I seek a second opinion?
