Couple of questions-hormone related breast problems

I have a couple of questions. My first is that I have a 28 day cycle but seem to ovulate around the tenth day, I have fibrocystic breasts, could this early ovulation be the cause of my discomfort for the majority of the month?

Also, I have large breast (38DD), am fair-skinned but notice that my breasts are full of blue veins and like red thread like spider veins, all over, is this a problem or is it normal?
