Could you please interpret the following: Hyalinized, fibrotic stroma; glandular tissue not identified. 9 months later, I had a lump removed in the same area and the surgeon gave me a pamplet explaining that I have Hyperplasia, moderate or severe (florid) Is this the same as the above?
