Hi susan-i don'y know if this will help you or not-but some years ago-i had those lumps happening all the time-i found out but trial and error-that i could notmuse anti-perspirant products containing aluminum clorhydrate- i now eithr a.-make my own deodorant-or B. use an over the counter one that is NOT an anti perspirant-just a deodorant-that only contains Triclosan as an anti bacterial-i sometimes swab my underarm area with alcohol (lightly during the day-i have very sensitive skin-and i learned these things the hard way!!1-PS i make my own deodorant with 70% rubbing alcohok and natural essences-i mix in what ever concentration seems strong enought-but that i am still able to smeel the essence fragrance. some i have used with much success are: in the summer months-Orange oil-(aromatherapy type)From any health food store-also Pure Food grade orange extract-and in the wimter months Sandalwood oil-and Patchouli oil-i also make my own body splash this way-just add some water-but you must use it up quicker-the water can cause it to actually spoil-not right away-but if you let it sit too long-take care
