Dear Blue- >From what you are describing, it may be that a cyst drained itself
spontaneously through one of the breast ducts. Keep an eye on the discharge. If it persists beyond a few weeks, then have it checked by your doctor and have images done of the breast. A sonogram would be a good way to start. You do not mention if there is a family history of cancer; but it would be highly unlikely in your age group unless there was a strong family history.
