Armpit acne & white raised areas on nipples

I have two different issues. The oldest is the fact that I have long raised white areas that are at the bottom edge of both nipples. These only appeared after breastfeeding. I had a really rough time breastfeeding initially and my daughter was not latched on properly for probably the first month or two. (I know, a little slow on the uptake here). I'm not super concerned that they are a medical problem but they are very unattractive. Any ideas? They are not pimple-like at all (more like blisters) and there is no discharge.

Second issue. I stopped using anti-perspirant about a month ago because I have read a lot about how unhealthy it is to keep your body from ridding itsaelf of its toxins. I started using a deodorant and I got a rash. So I stopped using the deodorant and it went away. I started using anti-perspirant for a little while (three or four days) and then stopped again when I found another deodorant to try. Once again I started to get a rash but this time when I stopped using the deodorant I just decided to not use anything at all except cleaning frequently. Now I have at least a dozen hard pimples under my armpit (only the right one). One or two actually come to a head but the rest are the hard kind that are deep and hurt to touch. Could this possibly be because my body is finally ridding itself of all of the toxins that were building up in this area due to constant anti-perspirant use? At one point I read an article that talked about a rare form of breast cancer that initially presented as acne on the breast and under the armpit. Since I started having this problem I have not been able to find anything on it. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Izzy
