Breast Lumps behind nipple.

Dear Doctor, I discovered two pea sized lumps directly behind my left nipple. I'd stopped nursing a four month old baby two months prior to this. (Stopped because of a RAGING yeast infection in my breasts that WOULD NOT go away) Anyway, I went to my OBGYN, he found a third lump. I had a mammo and an ultra sound. The mammo could no detect the lumps. (I'm told I have very very dense breasts). The ultra sound showed what the radiologist believed to be, "dialated milk ducts". I went to a surgeon and he said there was nothing to worry about. I am 35 years old with no family history of breast cancer. The OBGYN mentioned that they may possibly be "Montgomery Tubercles". What are these? Do they go away? How long would it take for whatever residual milk/substance to be absorbed by my body if it is indeed such fluid? The radiologist said she wanted me back in six months to re-evaluate this. The other doctors said simply to not worry about it. Could this be due to the yeast infection that is only now being tamed with, (stronger), fungal ointment. This was an extreme case of Breast Yeast infection, without any accompanying vaginal infection. What can you tell me?

Patty
