Three Questions That Deserve Answering

As my the title suggests, I have three questions which I'm curious to know the answers to.

1) Which parent is responsible for passing on the gene that determines breast size? I'm 15 with very small breasts... on my mothers side there isn't a woman with smaller than a C cup but women on my dads side don't have anything more than silicone inserts to show for boobs.

2) For as long as I can remember, I suppose since I was about 11 or 12 my left nipple has always been much redder and has scabby/crusty stuff in it. This seems to me to be dead skin, but if I pluck it off my nipple bleeds. What is this? Would some moisturizer solve it or is there something wrong? Please don't tell me to see a doctor, I'm too embarrassed to bring it up.

3) Do breast enhancement/enlargement pills really work? I know this sounds stupid... but I want to try them. Could they have serious, long-term health risks? The main ingredients don't seem harmful to me. "If there was a magical pill to solve things than no one would have problems bla bla blah..." yes, I know. But it seems so promising! Esp. since I'm not old enough yet for it to seem to be too unrealistic, but worried that since 16 seems to be the age for breast size to be final (or so I've been told) that I should try them. Anyone had success with any particular brands? Femenique or Breast Success seem to be the most promising as far as price and results go. I'm not usually one for product scams either, but I really want to get some positive feed back on this one.

Thank so much for any replies!! I appreciate them!

Sincerely

~Amy~
