soreness where bra stap end,under armpit, NO lump or swelling

have soreness under where my bra strap ends, under my arm pits,my breast feel fine, I have it on the right side, but a little on the left also, I swim 5 times per week, and use paddles on my hands,arms, have just started using paddles,I have been swimming for years, I also do a deep water workout, and use gloves, hand paddles 2 times per week, so I think it is muscle stain, I have been to the Dr, I have no swelling in the area,under my arm pits or lumps, it seems to come and go, I had a mammogram only 6 months ago,all was fine, I am 39years and have children, Which I breastfeed for a long time.
