Hi, I had a mammogram last week and was called back to have magnification views done. Apparently, there are 'regional linear calcifications' in my left breast. I am not sure what these are and what they mean, but I did some research and learned that sometimes linear calcifications can indicate malignancy. Are there any benign conditions that could cause these? I am scared about what this could mean. Any info about this would be very appreciated. Thanks.
