24 and large lump and shrinkage in left breast

I am 24 and have a large very noticeable lump on my left breast.Since finding this lump a month ago,my breast has shrunk a full cup size.I am now experiencing pain in my breast from the lump to up under my arm pit.I also have been running a low grade fever for about the past two months.I went in for an ultrasound but the doctor found nothing.My doctors are stumped and are questioning what do about furthering the tests on my breast.Any comments would be very helpfull.
