I have had stabbing pains in my left breat area for some time now; at first we investigated possible heart problems but nothing was conclusive; now I am 4 months pregnant and the pain started again. My doctor seems to say it could be muscular. Could it be breast cancer; I have a family history and am very worried about this. I know a mamogram is out of the question right now; would an ultrasound of the breast help? What else could it be? thanks for replying Christine
