breast dimples under rt breast

i have 2 dimples at 4 and 8 oclock. my dr said there are no other symptoms along with it and he is 99% sure it is not cancer and not to worry about it. he said make a mamm appt in one year. he said dimples are symptoms of benign breast disorders. do you know of anything (disorder) that could be causing this to happen and is there anything to do about it to fix it treatment wise? the breast seems smaller but that may just be the dimpling when holding my hand above my head. thanks! vicki
